I went in at around 1 pm and met Nicole and came in again 5 hours later (just about 30 mins before closing I might add) she helped me secure a unit that I originally obtained through Extra Space Storage phone service and explained the whole process to me several times. I needed a lot of clarification and she was so patient and kind and understanding. Extra Space Storage, this woman deserves a raise because of personality alone but also because of her knowledge and clarification ??. I’m leaving one star off because when I originally got the unit (on May 12, 2026) through their exterior phone line I was told I didn’t have to start moving in or paying for the unit until May 19th. That is not the case and I will be charged for the day that I signed up (May 12). It’s only a week so it’s not the biggest deal, but it was still an omission of the truth. This is not Nicole’s fault, she is still wonderful! I fault their exterior phone line.

We understand that you were told your charges wouldn't begin until May 19th when you initially secured the unit on May 12th, and we recognize this miscommunication caused frustration. We'll definitely address this billing communication issue from our external phone service to ensure accurate information is provided to future customers.
