At first my experience was awesome, ut almost immediately issues arose. It's infested with roaches, ceiling in my unit was allegedly fixed then it broke again. My unit was accessed without my permission, when they changed locks they lost mine then they magically showed up in my unit on the floor with the roaches. Manager was amazing but now nowhere to be found. I wasn't even in the unit 1 month before having to cancel, I spent quite a bit getting in the unit for nothing, I didn't move my stuff in while they fixed the unit ceiling you can see outside BTW which probably gave the roaches easy access. Corporate reroutes to the facility. Also rat and/or roach droppings. The pics are from when I left the unit, ceiling that was allegedly fixed when I gave permission to access unit but magically sitting neatly against the wall wire in the way so it clearly didn't fall, my magical locks that reappeared. Find somewhere else.
We sincerely apologize for the multiple issues you experienced during your time with us, Candice. We are truly sorry about the roach infestation, the recurring ceiling problems, and, most importantly, the unauthorized access to your unit. We completely understand how frustrating and unacceptable it must have been to deal with all of these issues, especially within your very first month, and we regret that your experience was not at all what it should have been. We also understand how distressing it must have been to have your keys lost and then mysteriously reappear in your unit, and we take these concerns very seriously. The fact that you were unable to move your belongings in while waiting for the ceiling repairs, only to find that the issue was not properly resolved, is something we deeply regret. We are also sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced when trying to reach corporate, as you should have been able to get proper assistance and support throughout this process. We would very much like the opportunity to address all of these concerns and work toward a resolution for you.
