I recently had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me confidence that my belongings would be safe and protected. Everything from the storage units to the common areas was spotless and organized. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Denise, the manager, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to helping customers. Overall, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Between the cleanliness of the facility and Denise’s outstanding service, it’s easily one of the best storage experiences I’ve had.
