I searched for the right storage facility and am so glad I chose this particular Extra Space Storage. The entire process was smooth, clean, and stress-free from beginning to end. I initially started my rental online but decided to call the location directly to confirm everything. I’m so glad I did! I spoke with Kye, who was an absolute gem. He seamlessly picked up where I left off, confirmed my details, and made the process incredibly easy. Kye was patient, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He thoroughly explained everything, patient while I was reading the contracts, went over how to use my phone for gate access, and pointed out where my physical keys would be. His excellent customer service really stood out. When I arrived, I was blown away by how immaculate the facility was. It’s bright, secure, and equipped with elevator access and moving carts. I even brought cleaning supplies because I expected to clean the unit, but it was already spotless from top to bottom! ?? You truly get an amazing value here, with a pristine facility, convenient amenities, and top-tier customer service. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
