This is such a great place so easy to move in just simple as arranging online. Staff are super super friendly. Very helpful. Storage space is a really good deal so convenient located too. highly recommend great customer service.

Wow, great customer service at Extra Space on Branch Crossing. I've used Extra Space for over 5 years and have valuables at there facilities in different parts of the country. I was unexpectedly given a huge rate increase after only a few months of having my valuables in storage. I decided to speak with the storage team and Cody was kind enough to confirm, Yes - there is an increase...Uggg, However; Rich the District Team Lead stepped in and assisted me with my storage unit concerns and actually treated me as if the company really valued my business and concerns. I know how daunting utilizing storage facilities can be but I have to say. I felt comfortable leaving the storage office and knowing that Extra Space on Branch Crossing are willing to listen to me and treat me as more than just a dollar amount.
