I walked in to a friendly smile and greeting. Lynnette was a very sweet person who took her time with us and explained everything in detail. Very reasonable prices here also. I highly recommend this place for your storage!! The staff listen to my concerns and needs and is handling it very professionally.

Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Latest Review 12/1/24 Well thanks to whoever is the new owner/operator because the price has gone down. At last bill before they were taken over my rate was at $195 and it had gone down to $146. Still a little high but fare better than it was before. Thank you for lowering the bill without me asking. Latest review. 2/1/24 AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST Without any notice my new total is now $170 a month. I just don’t have enough time to move my stuff out of this company that just takes advantage of you and keeps raising the rate every year. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST $139 dollars a month for a unit that I was paying $110 dollars for two months ago and was around $100 dollars the year before that. This place is a rip off. I just don’t have the time to sell and move the things that I have in here to get ride of this excessive expense. What a shameless operation. Unless it is just me who they are going up on the price for since I am criticizing them openly on reviews. The rent will go up on you every year here. I will be leaving soon as the rent has gone up on me every single year for no good reason. The service does not change. They do not provide any service that would be majorly affected by price increases but the price goes up without fail every year. Old review Wow, things have changed here, I have had issues in the past with management but the area manager helped out, now won’t return my one call, the prices have gone up and last month I lost my card but I updated it on the website and set it a week before the month came due. The system did not charge my card and I was hit with a late fee with which the manager was unwilling to credit, the manager didn’t even call me directly to notify me that my unit was not in good standing, but called someone else who let me know, thank goodness I am in a good place with this person who immediately let me know. Just a fair warning to others to double check your card info when you update it on their online system since it’s a trap to get you on a late fee if you don’t sign that card up for auto charge at best or at absolute worst allow them to take charge of your unit for non payment and sell it out from under you when the time allows. Also the lighting system in my building is a complete hazard as it is motion based and not on a timer as it is in the other building so if you are organizing items in your locker the lights will go out suddenly and leave you dangerously in the dark. I called the office to ask if there was an override but once again the manager sarcastically did not care and told me that I just had to set the motion sensor off again in a rude condescending tone. The motion sensor is all the way back by the door when you walk in and not in the hall where the lockers are located. I have had several close calls when I have been close to being injured or worse possibly because of how dark it gets and I just had to put battery powered lamps in my locker to avoid that DEATH TRAP! If I didn’t have so many large items to move I would leave, but what do they care, go ahead and move are your heavy stuff out right. Old review Great service and affordable prices
