I have had such a wonderful experience with this particular Extra Space facility. Crys's customer service is off the charts. She is an absolute asset to the Extra Space company, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She is always polite over the phone and on-site she stopped, got out of her golf cart, shook my hand, introduced herself and gave me a business card. Later, when I called the facility for a billing change, she was very professional and polite. I did not expect such professionalism and great customer service from a storage facility, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Thank you Crys for all you do. Keep up the good work!

I rented this storage online, had never seen business in person. Everything was sent to me via online as far as accessing building, receiving gate-code, etc. When I pulled in, I just decided to go inside. I AM SO GLAD I DID. I was met with the friendliest smiles…and an ice cold bottle of water….oh, it gets better…the manager Crys, got up and let my sweaty self sit in her chair while her assistant, Kristi, helped me with my needs. Kristi then drove me in her golf cart before movers arrived, to show me where our storage was. After returning to meet movers, here comes Kristi to bring me my water I left in her cart. On our second trip over, I had already lost my card that had my gate code written on it. Before I went in to tell them, she comes out and tells me that she opened the gate for me. I told her what I had done and she brought me out another. JUST WOW. Moving can be stressful and exhausting. These two ladies know exactly what they are doing. I 100 percent recommend this place!! Oh, and the office was sparkling clean!!
