What I thought was going to be only a few months in 2019, turned into two years. However I never had a problem with extra space they're wonderful!! Within those two years my total went from $59 for a storage unit to $80 for a storage unit. So inflation wasn't that bad for a couple years worth of use. Extra space employees are extremely helpful and nice never had an issue with accessing my unit after hours. I would recommend this storage unit to anybody, if I needed again I'm definitely coming back here.

I had an "emergency" move of my parents house and have had to put together the move AND a place to put everything within a 72 hour period. Extra space storage was very understanding of my situation and truly went "above and beyond" to help me. My needs were making me think that I needed to get 2 medium sized units. When I mentioned that I would prefer 1 unit, but didnt see any that were large enough, their sales rep named Alex, searched their other properties near by and found me a single extra large unit that would suit my needs much better. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Once I had gotten the unit, I had a need to call into the office. Once again, they were friendly, helpful and were VERY easy to work with. They quickly got me everything I needed, and even listened to me "vent" about the craziness of my experience and the other groups I have been dealing with. The only part of my experience that was a little difficult was the over the phone payment system. It took a few tried to get connected and make the payment. However, Alex did "warn me" that they have been having some small issues with the payment system as they have been updating it. He stayed on the phone with me and made sure that even the small issues I had were taken care of immediately and without hassle or frustration. All in all, my experience with them has been a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other companies and groups I've been dealing with. Thank you so much!

We have moved around quite a bit and have always been loyal to ExtraSpace. This facility is incredibly clean and new. The services are great. We had Steve fix our issue immediately when our lock didn't work. He was friendly and had customers best interest in mind. We feel safe to store our belongings here long term.
