Extra Space Storage in Bluffdale was one of the MANY Storage Unit Companies we called to get info for, and while we didn’t get a Unit here, they deserve a review on customer support alone. Melissa, the Site Manager, helped me during this and is the main reason why I’m leaving this review. I had questions that she was able to answer. Then, when we had something that required a call back, she was quick and got back to me in less than 20 Minutes. Only reason we aren’t sticking with this location is that we found a closer one within the same company. I would definitely keep this location in your “maybe” lists if your ever looking for a unit!
