We’ve rented with them for a couple of years now and decided to get another unit. We’ve had a couple of rate increases in that time and when Brent called to confirm my new rental he evaluated my account and helped lower my premiums. This location is great! Keep up the great service.

Worked with Marc Maughan at extra space storage. We are using the unit for business supplies, and Marc made it all extremely easy to get setup. The process to setup was very short, which was nice. They offer really convenient services for taking delivery of our equipment as well. The bonus first month free is just icing on the cake. And the entire place is well kept, with super easy freeway access!

I want to give a shout out to Taryn and Brent at the Bluffdale location. I have had a unit there for a little over a year and have had two price increases since I initially leased my unit. My last increase took my rent from $117 to $175 which was a 139% increase from my initial price of $73. I called in to see if there was anything that could be done and they both worked hard to negotiate a lower rate on my behalf. I really appreciate them going to bat for me and for their excellent customer service. If you have any issues they will definitely take care of you. All you have to do is ask.
