5 Stars – Excellent Customer Service! I had an issue accessing my storage unit on a Sunday, which was frustrating at first. However, the manager called me back promptly, apologized sincerely, and explained that it was an oversight. He not only corrected the issue right away but also followed up with two more calls just to make sure everything was okay and to see how he could make it right. Mistakes happen, but the way Town Storage handled it showed they truly care about their customers. The service and follow-up were above and beyond. This is absolutely the best place to rent a storage unit – highly recommended!
