I had some billing related issues that I was concerned about and called the site where I rent from to address them ZACH was super helpful in clarifying everything for me and making sure I was taken care of. I need to downsize and relocate to a more convenient location and will be stay at Extra Space Storage with confidence that any issues that may arise can be addressed amicably.
