Really enjoy the storage unit. Safe with the coded gate and plenty of room to get to the unit. Love the employees but only downside is the unit price being raised every few months.

I want to give this five stars specifically to the manager at this facility. NOT to Extra Space as a company. I moved in a couple of years ago back when this was Overland self storage. I lovedddd the folks who were running it and never had any issues. The facility is nice and I never have access issues. The staff is still very friendly and helpful. My one problem is that every once in a while I get a notice from Extra Space, letting me know that my rate is going to increase by some seemingly random and absurd amount. Reasoning always noted as "market conditions" (read: "because we can"). This has happened twice, and both times I have been able to make a call to the facility and get my rate back to a reasonable place. So, these 5 stars are to Madison, and to the very kind district manager whose name I unfortunately do not recall. I'm happy to continue to rent with this location for as long as these kind folks are in charge, but to Extra Space the company, I am highly irritated that I have to keep doing this negotiation. Thanks Madison!
