They have been great its climate controlled and I work out of town a lot so they had to change the locks for me and been good at holding on to the keys for me till I get back and have great rates clean place top knoch you will love them and the personal are great also they do what they can to work with you on everything ?? ??

I had an amazing experience with the staff and management at Extra Space Self Storage. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and made sure I got the most cost effective space and monthly plan. The facility is clean and easy access to all the storage spaces with dollys to help lighten the load. Thanks Extra Soace for treating me like family and making me feel at peace that my valuables are in safe keeping.

From day one, Madison has always been cheerful, happy to help, courteous and remembered what our names were, which amazes me. We don't see her that much but somehow she manages to call my wife and I by name. Recently they have partnered with another entity and they seem polite enough. Thank you Hilary, for extending the same courtesy and respect that Madison has shown my family. Ownership doesn't know this but we have 4 families renting 4 units from you folks and while the security and space indoors is nice, you aren't the only ones in town that offer on site managers, barrel locks, indoor units and a tip up gate. I think it's fair to say that the real value here is in the long-term relationship building that takes place between employees that truly care like Madison and Hilary, and customers such as myself. The forging of the human bond along with mutual trust will always end up harder than any steel or barrel lock I could ever find!

Just a heads up. My rates have gone up twice within 6 months. I would think they would hold the rate for at least a year. The place is nice and clean. The facility is newer. The staff are professional. My only problem is rates going up that quick. I would understand yearly. Update: Rates went up again this year.
