We just set up our storage unit and Jake was incredible to work with! He made the process very easy and answered all of our questions professionally and honestly. Very easy to rent the unit, the clerk was very helpful & explained the details very well. Couldn't beat the price, & the free 2nd month is a great bonus. The clerk showed me everything about accessing my unit, explained how to use the keypad, & even demonstrated installing the lock for me. When I called to tell him I had moved my stuff out, he was very kind to ask if everything had gone OK with my move - a really nice person to deal with, who represents your company very well. Thanks for the great deal & service!!

JAY was amazing! Seriously great. Me and my girlfriend just moved in this week, and reached out. Jay got us taken care of extremely fast, with excellent customer service and was extremely considerate. The whole entire process from start to end took at max, a total of 15 minutes. Got our keys to our brand new unit and we’re thrilled with the pricing! A huge unit, for only $71 after expenses and fees is a stellar deal. EXCELLENT experience working with Extra Space Storage, Hurricane, Utah. Beautiful, clean, professional site and Bryan, local area manager went above and beyond to help me and my sister get our units in a very timely manner. Fair pricing and with the additional support from Mikala in the call center, it was a surprisingly wonderful and timely experience. After this encounter, I would not choose another storage in the area, not ever. I would reccommend Extra Space Storage HIGHLY to anyone needing or considering a space for storage. Alix was helpful and professional. Unfortunately, he was provided with faulty information about the size of the units. 100 through 400’s were labeled 10x7 (I measured, they are) but his records were posted as 10x8. This and the quick eviction notice reflects badly on the owner, no one else.
