Shaylee really helped me move out I appreciate the option of moving out during the construction it will be a great facility once it’s done the people that work here are nice and the owners it’s just unfortunate it had to be teared up again. , I appreciate Shaylee’s customer service to help me out with my situation and what was best for me at the time , hope the store will be done with the construction soon it will be great for the community once it’s finished .

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at the storage facility. I’m sure I drove them crazy with all my annoying phone calls, but the fellow was always more than gracious and patient with me. I moved in today and it could not have been smoother. I was grateful to have the unit so conveniently close to the door. It was nice and clean and ready for all my junk! I definitely recommend Self Storage in Hurricane!

Me and my fiancé have an indoor storage unit. It’s really nice inside however the only way to access it now with construction as far as we can tell is you have to walk through the construction site and we were not given any kind of heads up that that was going to be happening. The staff was super friendly when we saw them it’s just annoying that no one told us that it would be hard to access our unit.

They are doing some construction right now which made it a little hard to know where my unit was but I went inside the office and they helped me right away and very friendly atmosphere. Nice units Good prices
