Shawn is awesome! I couldn't get my lock to work and he came over to help me. I think it was a defective lock, so Shawn got me a new one and went back to my storage space and put it on for me. He even waited there while I tried it myself to make sure it worked and stayed put. Thank you Shawn for going above and beyond!
