Update: Idk what happened to this place. I stored here for many years. I left just for a few months and had to come back to rent another unit! I rented it online on my android. I go to the office to get my unit and the girl working...right off the bat ... has an attitude! She's like you should have gotten everything you needed when you ordered the unit online! Well.. I didnt so whats next? The whole time she was just condescending and irritated that she had to help me because their gate code thing changed. Before you had to go in to get the gate code. Sorry I had no idea stuff changed in a few months. On top of it all she gave me a unit that can't be closed. It comes off track and I am not tall enough to correct it when it happens and the door won't shut to lock it unless you are Hulk Hogan! Im a 63 yo woman! They said to drop a key and they will fix it. How long b4 i can have access? Who knows! The excellent customer service is no more. Such a great place it's sad! 2025-Excellent customer service, spotless grounds, great place to store! So happy with my unit!

The staff is very helpful, and they helped me when I empty my large stg unit out & just needed a smaller one I was able to transfer the leftover funds to the small one. It made me feel they are fair & try to help however possible
