Extra Space Storage had acquired my current storage location, so naturally had to update my contract to be under them. Debbie was amazing to work with to get everything updated and transition went smoothly. Definitely will keep renting from here

I’ve been using this storage facility for over two years when, without any notice, Extra Space Storage sent an email saying they were the new owners. I was initially worried, but after talking to Debbie, the manager, on the phone, I could tell I was in good hands, especially when my rate was adjusted after I explained how much it went up during the two years I was with Public Storage. And today, when I went in to update my contract, the person at the desk was as helpful as everyone else I had encountered in the last two-plus years. It seems the staff stayed the same even though the owners have changed, which is a bonus. I love how clean this storage facility is, and I highly recommend this place if you need extra storage.

Angela was so helpful and met our needs - and the needs of others. It was a busy afternoon and although Angela prioritized our needs, she continued to help other customers while we waited (for computer, applications) to load.
