Signing up and getting into the unit was quick and straightforward. The place was immaculately clean both inside and out. Everything went just as promised. The only tiny hiccup was that the gate system hadn't been updated to work with their app via Bluetooth yet, which would've made coming and going even easier.

The manager that was there today was totally rude. I was in the office grabbing my storage keys and i was there to move out and I did not even get a thank you for being a customer, a smile, or even a kiss my @!% .... Very unprofessional. Im glad to be gone from extra space

Rented a small unit for around 35 a month. After time, they continued to raise my charges to over 100 a month for a tiny unit. I now rent a unit right down the street for 70 a month and it is three times the size. Do not bother with these guys. Look elsewhere and get better service, a better unit, and save yourself some money. If you think you are getting a deal when forst signing up, just consider the price increases they will push on you and you will spend far more than it is worth. They are just hoping you keep your stuff in the unit and are too lazy to look around or move your stuff out while they keep increasing your monthly price.
