Military family PCSed in from Georgia and needed a place to drop an Estes trailer to unload while we did our house hunting. The staff here was incredible. I called as I was organising our move and they helped me book storage units that were right next to each other showed me a Layout map on the website so I knew where everything was gonna be including where we could park our trailer to unload. Setting up the account was easy- put everything on auto pay, got monthly reminders and when we finally found a house a couple months later it was super easy to put in notice to vacate. The units are clean and the drives are all nicely paved with a wonderful gate and security is legit. I had my whole life stored there for a few months and never felt concerned. Really though the manager of that facility deserves a raise! She has been so kind and so helpful every time I bumped into he. If I ever needed storage again I would drive all the way from Hooper to use her spot.

Initial price was great, then the price almost doubled. Had 2 units, one went from $90 to $170 and the other one went from $110 to $190 a month. Not to mention that both of the units were the same. 2 different prices for the same units. Left for another facility that doesn’t jack up its rate after a few months.
