Was originally frustrated that the gate was closed off during access hours both times I tried to go. Marc called to apologize for the inconvenience and explained the situation and ensured this was a rare occurence. Otherwise this was a super smooth process to get set up with a unit and the facility is well maintained.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the GM, Mark, was so awesome I just had to. After letting him know we shipped our stuff in a pod and would be unloading it, he proactively made sure the unit we were in was in a convenient spot for unloading. (He called and had us switched to a unit that was close to where they’d unload the packing pod). Once we were there, he was on the ball and anticipating our needs. He came and got us a second cart/dolly to facilitate the move. I plan on using them for any storage needs in the future!

Marc the manager at the Lehi Thanksgiving point location was amazing! Really went out of his way to help me get the unit that worked for my needs. He made a situation that was overwhelming to me much simpler. He was very kind, patient and helpful. Would recommend this location to anybody because of his help and professionalism.

Everything was easy and really streamlined to setup, rent, and give notice for moving out. I appreciate the management and their help in answering any questions I had. This was a great place to store my items between moves.
