Brent was nice. Unfortunately, when I rented it online, it did not say that it was two separate units. It gave the size but not that it was partitioned and not accessible to both. I knew it had two garage doors, which I thought was great so now I have to have two locks which is annoying. Also this location at Thanksgiving Point is not convenient to get to, nor to get on and off the freeway, and especially accessing your climate control unit. If I were to recommend Extra Space Storage I would only do so at the Copper Hills West Jordan location where the climate control units have large double doors to bring your items inside. And easy to drive up to. Disappointed and frustrated. I would definitely drive by before committing to this location.

we’ve been using extra space storage for the last 6 months and without any notice they increased our monthly cost by $80 with no compensation. ridiculous
