It was easy, quick and efficient calling in to get a storage unit the same day as needed. The individual I spoke over the phone with was terrific! No stress or hassles! Upon getting to the unit to store items, the day manager was on site, friendly and very helpful explaining locker location. They had my unit ready and waiting, clean with a new sealed lock w/keys for my use! My overall impression so far definitely exceeded my expectations.
