Giving a 3 star now it would have been a 1 star. But Emmas been great. The previous manager was terrible. I told her many times I needed my unit sprayed. It has mouse droppings and black widows. I was scared to grab anything out of there due to the black windows. Nothing ever got done with it. I was a customer with them for almost 3 years and just felt taken advantage of. The prices kept going up and up. To where it wasn’t manageable anymore. Started out at $50 and now was told I was having to pay $100. For the same size unit. With the same issues and nothing to be resolved. To much money for what I was getting. Came to my unit after 3 months of not going to it, to find a tree growing out of the concrete where it meets the black tar. Not very well maintained. Upping the prices is going to drive people out of there. I found a new storage unit that’s half the price and better conditions, And slightly bigger.

Great to work with moving in, and moving out. Horrible business practice to raise my price 2 times within a 6 month period. Immediately after my initial “discounted” move in rate special ended. Dumb move. I would’ve kept my belongings there for years. But hey, I found another - bigger, cheaper and closer unit anyway. Good luck on your continued search. I won’t be recommending this company at all.
