Bought a unit out of auction from this location in the middle of them transferring ownership and the previous company signed me up as a renter from extra space and it said I owed 200$ even though I never rented a unit from them, Hillary was awesome and got it all taken care of, I only do unit auctions but I highly recommend this location

I've been having a hard time dealing with storage unit providers for years. It always seems like they try to find ways to screw you over. This location, though, has been amazing. They do customer service right, do what they can to meet my needs and I don't feel like I'm being gouged every month.
