Their price increase was shocking. Unexpectedly, they raised the price on my storage garage by around 65%. It was an insane price increase under any circumstances, (US inflation under Biden was 9% at its worst). I immediately changed to a different storage garage that offers newer unit, same size for $85 (vs $215 at this place)

I have rented a storage unit here for several years, and it has been a good experience. The management has been very helpful, and courteous over the years, however just recently the prices of the storage unit has gone up $80.00 per month more than what I have been paying for several years, and it is becoming unaffordable for me as a customer, and I believe there are a lot of customers like myself that can't afford to pay $220.00 per month for a storage rental unit. So unfortunately I will be moving my stuff after this last month. Thanks, Mike Beaumont.
