The facility recently turned over to Extra Space Storage. I got emails & mailers explaining the change in ownership and everything appeared seamless. I went to the facility for the first time since the change and had to go in the office to update some info. Dan was very helpful and welcoming. I appreciated chatting with him and I’m confident he’ll keep up operations & maintenance so we can feel welcome to the facility & that our items are secure.
