Long overdue this review, but life happens. Since the moment I called to request information about their units, I have been treated nothing but the Best!! ?? ??? Customer Service is real with this company!! ???????? ??? The manager for this location, Brenda, she is on the top of her game!!???????? ??? Every single employee in this location that I have spoken with over the phone or in person (Casey, Tanner, someone else I don't know the name), they treat you with the utmost respect and sincere care and kindness!! ???? ??Someone knows how to hire amazing people!!! Kudos to the hiring expert!! ???????? ???They DON'T have hidden fees, neither they change your monthly rates out of the blue without the proper and timely notifications. ???They are human, they listen to your concerns and requests, and they work with you in a very caring manner. They DON'T make you feel that you are neither a burden nor a nuisance. ??? They literally keep their eyes on the units, making sure that everything is secure and protected. In one occasion I had a phone call and a text to contact them ASAP, and it was to notify me, that I didn't lock my unit properly and it was actually unlocked. ???????? ??? Their grounds are clean and well kept!! Very nice looking place, location, and convenient access!! ???? ????????? Look no further, not only my personal experience has been very pleasant, but a stress reliever. I feel at peace that I can actually breathe without concerns not just because my stuff is in good hands, but I'm certain that at the human level I'm dealing with amazing people, and that human factor is something that you can't replace nor you can find it everywhere else nowadays!! I know what I'm talking about, because this is not my first rodeo, I have used storage units in other cities and states, and this is a hidden gem!! GO FOR IT!!! ?????????
