I initially started renting my unit before Extra Space Storage took over the comany. Ryan (the employee working in the office the day I rented the unit) was an absolute GEM. My daughter and I were able to laugh and have a good time, which makes a difference when youre doing boring adult stuff. ?? Today we cleaned out the unit and I was so grateful to see Ryan, still there in the office with a kind smile and willingness to help even in the slightest of ways. Extra Space, thank you for your hospitality of my items, and for keeping Ryan where he could add a smile to my day one more time!

This company just bought out Town storage. They called me and told me they needed a card on file and I told him I would be back in town next week. They told me that was totally fine and I could pay it when I got back in town the next week. When I got back, they charged me a $55 late fee. Maybe next time they should tell their customers they’re going to charge a late fee If they wait until the next week to pay it. Otherwise, I would have paid it over the phone.
