I have had a storage unit at this location for seven years. I have never missed a payment and the former company was easy to work with. Since Extra Space took over I've had my rate raised by over $100 a month. I called them and asked why I was being charged $318 a month when their website says it's $161 for my unit and all they would say is that's how the industry is. You can find cheaper places that are easier to pull in and out of.
