EDIT: When I first chose this unit I had a discussion about any possible increases in the monthly payments and was told they had non planned and were trying to keep it like the mom and pop insurance company that had been in the community for years. Well my monthly payment just went up $80 bucks a month! I know I have a large until but $310 a month for a 10×20 is ridiculous. I know Ryan can't really control any of that but shame on you extra space storage. SHAME! This was the only location with the best reviews especially compared to all your other locations. I guess it's time to find a new company to rent a unit from. Ryan was awesome and friendly and made the process seamless. I've read a lot bad reviews for storage units and decided on this one because it had the best reviews and Ryan is the reason why.

This has been the most difficult, headache I have ever dealt with. Not one person has been helpful to me in the situation I’m in. I paid my vacay fee, they told me it would unlocked on a Saturday so I could come the following Monday. I showed up, access code was still restricted and no lock was taken off. I also was not informed there was paperwork to sign, had I known I would have come in to sign it before hand but Ashley nor Ryan never informed me of that info. I came after store hours to access my unit and not one person was willing to help, compromise, or do what they could to help. I had family drive into town to help and rented a U-Haul to move everything just to now waste not only my valuable possessions in the unit such as my deceased mothers and children’s keepsakes, but now wasted money on a “move out fee” I can’t even move out of now, and a U-Haul that took every last dollar I had. Thanks for absolutely nothing Extra Space. I hope you’re happy.
