Jordan and his team are great! I was able to efficiently and effectively rent the space without a problem. Over the past year Extraspace doubled the price of our unit rental without consulting us. Not appreciated at all! We spoke to Lance who resolved the problem, getting us back to the original rate. His customer service was excellent. We do like using this Extra Space on Van Winkle.
