I love Carolyn at the front desk. I was having a hard day after a long drive and came in as a pretty hot mess to the office confused about how to get into my unit… trying to not have an attitude… and Caroline was kind where she could have been annoyed. And gentle when I was not understanding things because my brain was on the brink of collapse. Travis was also extremely helpful when I was upset about the website process. Travis and Carolyn have brought an important sense of humanity to what is a large corporation. I almost found a different place to put my things because I was frustrated with the lack of transparency on the website around what “promotional price” means. Aka… if you are out of town your rent could get doubled. They need to make that clearer on the website. That being said I am happy to see the good people at the front desk (Carolyn and Travis) and I feel clean and safe at this location
