I struggled a bit with getting my access code to work however that was totally my own fault. Gio went above and beyond to assist me with that and literally anything else I needed or had questions about. Even before I ever made it to the property he reached out to me to check if I knew where exactly they are located, walked me threw the easiest way to get there, best parking, ect. If there's employee of the month he absolutely deserves that spot! Not to mention he's super funny and chill but stays professional. I had some concerns about getting a storage space in that area however Gio and his coworkers are doing an amazing job there and have put my worries to rest. Thx Extra Space Storage, you guys rock!!

Gio Was very helpful and very professional. He has great customer service skills. I couldn’t figure out the lock. I was given from my unit, but he came upstairs and showed me how to use it and Was very patient with me. I had questions in the answer all of them. He’s an asset to your company. Your company. As well As the other OK gentleman That was there. I didn’t catch his name.
