????? We’ve had a really great experience with Extra Space Storage on Hammerfest Drive in South Jordan. We rented a unit here for about a year a few years back, and when our son needed a storage unit, we decided to come back. We’ve been happy with them both times! Recently, our promotional rate ended, and our monthly payment was going from $132 to $177. I called and spoke with the manager to see if there was anything that could be done, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was so friendly, understanding, and genuinely wanted to help. He even took the time to contact corporate to see if he could get us a better rate. Thanks to him, our payment only went up about $5 instead of $45! I really appreciated that he took the time to listen and actually do something to help. Customer service like that makes such a difference, especially these days. It’s nice to know you’re dealing with people who care about keeping their customers happy. We’re very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit!

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, and a big reason for that is Paul! He goes out of his way to introduce himself in person and make sure you feel welcomed. It really shows that he cares about his customers and genuinely appreciates their business. Paul’s customer service made a huge difference in my experience. It’s not often you come across someone who takes the time to personally connect with customers and make them feel valued.
