West Jordan self storage at 7062 S Airport Rd

I went to get information on storage units and Heather was very helpful. Clean units and information about surrounding facilities as well. Great experience

This place has good clean units, but I found out that my $20 5×5 unit has been raised to $50 per month. $71 if i were to be just renting it. Makes you wonder if what's in the unit is worth the overall cost.. you also have $11 a month insurance... VERY EXPENSIVE for what i have..

Very easy to work with and received quick responses. Storage unit was very nice.

The usual staff here is Heather, and she is FANTASTIC! I have a unit at the facility just down the road, and she happened to be covering that location when I had to call about a computer that had gone missing when I'd hired movers to empty my unit. Heather personally went and walked the property until she found out my movers had left the computer AND my folding bike unattended on the property for 24 hours (and miraculously nothing was stolen or tampered with). She immediately called me and moved my belongings into the secure office until I could come down to collect them. She verified my ID to make sure it was me when I got there, made sure I could describe the items in detail, just ALL the verification. I almost feel like my stuff is safer at my storage unit than in my own home, especially if Heather is keeping an eye on it!

Heather was easy to deal with. There is more value in that than I can explain with words.

Heather was extremely quick and efficient. Literally rented my storage unit in 6 minutes.

These guys were great to work with! I used their space to temporarily park my trailer. When I called to let them know I was moving, Heather was so nice and made it an easy transition. I would definitely use them again.

At first I gave this place a 1 star. Since then I have the manager there reach out her name is Heather. And she took good care of me and the situation that I had. Unfortunately I did lose my stuff that I had. But I that had nothing to do with the service. Thanks again Heather!

Heather and the team at Extra space were Beyond helpful and accommodating and helping us get moved in and out… We definitely had a more complex situation requiring multiple trips and access and they took a lot of time out of their day to help us w 1 on 1 service. Beyond that this is one of the nicer storage facilities that I have been to with Bluetooth technology while still being at a very affordable price... definitely recommend and thanks to Heather for all her help, she's been wonderful and gone above and beyond

Unit was very clean and accessible. Heather was pleasant and would go out of her way to help with your needs. I would recommend that you look to store your items in this tight gated place.
