The lady was great I had to go to this location to pay a bill because my location is closed on Sunday and Wednesday I wasn't told by the person who answered the ring doorbell that other locations can't pay cash I told her that I was paying cash and didn't feel comfortable about putting it through the mail slot.

When I moved out of state for a couple years they were the most reasonable priced. Access was consistent and mostly easy. The people were always pleasant and profesional. I have two bones to pick: 1. My monthly rate increased drastically multiple times. 2. They removed my high security lock and installed a bluetooth controlled lock. This would not have bothered me IF I still had my personal lock on it too. Anybody with an inexpensive device can capture and spoof BT communications, they would not accept fiscal responsibility for this vulnerability.
