The move out was smooth and easy. Jorge was very friendly and helpful. The price kept going up was the reason we moved out and Jorge offered to lower the monthly payment but we were already moved out. If we were offered sooner maybe we would have stayed. The units were very spacious and a light came on when the door opened which was very nice.

I have been with extra storage from February 2019 and I have had good customer service from most of the staff not all of them some need to be retrained especially some of their managers and re g managers
