This review is purely based off my initial interaction with extra space storage since ive only had their service for a week. I will later come back and give a more thurough review once more time has elapsed. As of right now im very impressed with how things are handled at the extra space storage facility at 7204 Airport rd. Which is the south most facility out of the two that are next to the airport. Everything is very clean and nicely organized. The keypads to enter the facility are unexpectedly clean and very easy to use. Security is tight but not in any way overbearing. Overall, im pleased that my storage unit is at this location. Setup was very fast and easy, was finished within about 20min. Contracts were simple and easy to understand. Questions are welcome. Edit: I was at this location for roughly 4 years. I had many surprises happen withing that time but never had any regarding my unit. I never had to worry. The compound is still as clean as it was when I first got there, aside from the scratches and marks that come from time. Im still impressed with this place. Sad to leave but I bought my own home so I have no more need for Extra Space Storage. Would give another 5 stars if I could. Thanks for being reliable.

Simple and exactly what you sign up for. The staff are super friendly and helpful! I like the app for contactless entry and online payments. Update 10/23/2025: Jorge has been really great to work with. He has excellent customer service and is always looking out for the customer. Update 12/20/25: after moving out of my unit and looking back at my customer experience, im happy that I rented at this location. The do a good job of keeping the facility clean and secure. Never had an issue with the gate or theft. The charges did increase after a while which was frustrating but I spoke with Jorge and he was able to apply for a rent adjustment for me that really helped me out. His professionalism and customer service is why I recomend using Extra Space on Airport Road.

I have been renting a unit from this location for a few months now and everything has been great, the units are some of the cleanest I have seen and it is easy and convenient to access the unit
