Needed a place to store our entire house worth of stuff after we sold our home but hadn't yet found a new one. Loved the size of units available for a fair price. I was at my wits end looking for storage when I chanced on Extra Space. From the moment I walked into the site, I was impressed with the personal care given by the on site manager, as well as, fair price and secure facility. I feel safe visiting my unit which was a priority for me as an older woman by myself.

Of course I shopped around before making my choice of rental space, but selected this location because of the response of the staff. They were polite and didn't seem to be hurried and just trying to "close the deal" and be on their way. I have dropped in at various times of the day and have yet to find anyone just lazing around, but not once have they not stopped what they were doing to attend to my needs.

Our basement flooded a couple months ago and all of our belongings were taken to a storage unit associate with our insurance company. We were so excited about our new carpet and getting our things back. However, we need to organize things and really don't want everything back in the basement on the new carpet, especially things we don't use a lot. My husband noticed Extra Space was right down the street from our house. We walked in and got everything set up. The facilities are very clean and everyone is really nice. I went the other day to drop things off and it was so great and comforting to see the on-site manager there driving around and making sure things were okay. Thank you so much! I feel like my items are secure.

I have been very pleased with my experience at the Extra Space Storage in WVC, Utah. The manager and staff are all friendly, the site is super clean and safe and the prices are comparable to others in the area. I have refered 3 friends over the years and they actually reward both me and my friends for renting there! It seems like everytime I stop by there are more upgrades and preventative maintanance being done to the property (painting, light changes, doors on the units serviced) I love this! To me, it shows the company cares about how it is viewed by me and the rest of the customers. Keep up the good work folks!

I rented a storage space because of some unexpected life events that caused me to be unable to move my belongings with me to where my family and I would be staying. When we went in to get information about the units, the Manager and the other employee working that day were very helpful and very friendly. They showed us a few different sized units, and once we told them how much we were needing to store, they found us the right size unit, and a great offer on the first months rental price, and the price there after. I have to say, the employees are amazing. They helped make our decision very easy. I would definitely recommend this company and location to all my family and friends.

I was recently late for the first time and pretty stressed that my things were going to be sold at auction. I called and spoke to the manager Brandy and while she was adamant that I get the payment made as soon as possible, she was also willing to work with me. She told me things like “It’s ok, life happens, let’s figure out a way to make this work”. She calmed me down in no time, and I was able to get things paid and everything is back on the up and ups. I just want to let everyone know how awesome this place is, and if you need extra space, this is the place to come for sure!

I have been a customer for a few years now, and have to say that Extra Space Storage in West Valley City continues to impress me. The staff is knowledgeable, always willing to help with anything and very friendly. My job requires me to travel a lot, and so I have used my share of storage facilities. Usually the same hum-drum mom & pop operations that do anything but impress. That is not the case here, the manager Brandi actually cares about her customers. I will remain a customer of Extra Space Storage for as long as I need to store my belongings. Thanks guys, you are AMAZING!

I would tell them about extraspace storage facility.they take good care of there grounds and there units they are clean and the units are real easy to get into.If I leave a message with the office the are very quik to return my phone calls and when they do they are curdious and profesianal thank you extraspace wlm wvc ut

From I-15 southbound, take the 3300 S exit and go westbound. 3300 S becomes 3500 S at Redwood Rd. Continue to 4537 W. From I-215 southbound take 3500 S exit westbound and continue to 4537 W. From Bangerter Hwy southbound turn right at 3500 S and proceed to 4537 W. Store is on the south side of the road next to Autozone directly across the street from the animal shelter.

Directions from the South:
On North-bound I-15: Exit freeway @ 3300 South turn left from off-ramp continue West-bound to 4537 West. - 3300 South becomes 3500 South @ Redwood Road. On North-bound I-215: Exit freeway @ 3500 south continue West-bound to 4537 West; On North-bound Bangerter Highway: Turn left onto West-bound 3500 South continue to 4537 West.
