The staff and facility was nice, but what i didn’t care for was the rate increases. Went from ~30ish to ~60 to ~100 in less than a year for a small unit. I got a small notice in the mail, but could be easy to miss. Meanwhile they are advertising ~$30 dollar rates for new customers, while I would have been paying 3x that. Again a nice facility but watch out for price hikes. Bottom line: Keep an eye out for rate increases.
