Wow!! I had excellent customer service today!! I was looking for a convenient, clean and cost-effective short term storage and this was it!! I was assisted by Teresa (great name) who asked pertinent information to select the appropiately sized unit and then we went touring to find the best unit for my needs. Teresa found promotions for my budget and thoroughly explained policies for refund and cancellations. I am extremely pleased with my unit and experience.
