Feb 2026 Long time client of extra space (3 units, two locales, papa. Momma and baby sizes). My Aldie (Daniel - separate rave review) called me as my billing was renewing (last year 12 mos in advance) and I learned about complexities, including senior discounts). With rwo other units in Centergate checked in there and got Theresa (top notch, C Suite take noticr). Theresa walked me through everything that Daniel was talking about and we took care of business. I told Theresa she deserves a shout out and here it is. Staffing (though the usual turnover) is constant but kudos to Extra Space for consistency. I believe they acquired Aldie and the improvement is not just physical but the staffing. Keep up the good work. Was asked for update. Just stopped the other day snd space still in great shape after a couple of years. Good after hour access, safe. They did bump rates quite a bit so no bargain, but comparable to others around. Needed a climate controlled space near my apartment in Ashburn. Found the closest and was given a tour on short notice by Ahmad, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Closed the deal and now am a happy tenant. Great space and convenience, even a covered entry for inclement weather.
