We had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage. In February, we needed some space to store things before a coming snowfall. We called the ESS 800 number and spoke with an agent who identified openings at ESS facilities near us. We picked one and arranged all aspects of the lease while on the phone. The next day we picked up a lock from the facility office and stored our “stuff.” Recently, we moved out of our unit. Again, we were able to schedule and complete our move out completely online with the ESS app. ESS quickly and easily met our needs for storage. I highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises
