I was searching for a storage unit on short notice and was fortunate to find a great deal with Sohail in Chantilly. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. When I stopped by in advance to take a look before my belongings arrived, Sohail proactively moved me to a better unit that was closer, had access to a working elevator, and had recently been personally cleaned by him. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the entire process much easier. I didn't expect this level of customer service from a storage facility, but it was genuinely appreciated. Sohail went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area.
