I called to reserve a unit and I was told I could pay upfront for the 2 years. But the customer service rep allowed me to pay 6 months up front and pay the balance in person. When I went in person the person there said I was only allowed to pay for 6 month upfront. Also, I requested a climate consoled unit and when I went in person, the particular Extra Storage facility didn't have climate controlled units. When I called to dispute my concerns, I was transferred to a Extra storage manager who said I could not help me at all. I could cancel but I had 24 hours to do it. I reserved the unit A day ago which my time to cancel elapsed. Now I'm stuck with a unit that not satisfactory for my needs.
