We rented two units for 4 years, had a great experience. My only suggest would be that a dumpster be made available to the patrons to discard items.

Troy at the Bruce Rd and Taylor Rd exhibits excellent customer service. My reservation made the previous evening had been taken. I panicked because I needed a storage the same size. He was able to offer me options. He took me to view two spaces. Very patient and maintained a smile since I was extremely indecisive. The process was quick and easy. Paperwork less than 10 minutes. If I didn't have so much stuff in another location, I would bring my things here. Thank you Troy for your pleasant personality and great customer service.
