I hadn’t been in my storage unit for over 2 years so my recent visit to the facility to close out my unit was filled with dread. When I arrived at the office, I think his name is Troy, was very patient and understanding as he explained the process. I had also lost my key to the unit and Troy was helpful in cutting off and replacing the existing lock. Troy even helped to repair the light in the unit. These things may appear to be ‘expected’ but what made the difference was Troy’s attitude and willingness to help. Nothing was approached as a bother and Troy’s assistance on that day was appreciated more than I can say. As a 60+ year old female, having someone like Troy to assist me on that day was such a blessing.

Unfortunately, I’ve needed to utilize other storage facilities in the past. However, my initial impression of this facility’s cleanliness and overall condition of the facility, along with the store manager’s personable demeanor and helpful service, made this rental process a lot less distressing. A higher rating may be warranted in the future as the storage experience at this facility progresses.
