My cousin has been renting a unit here for 20+ years! They have been excellent and very understanding with recent hospitalizations! Every time I have been in with him the staff has been courteous and helpful. Excellent place for a rental unit! Ellen is very polite and helpful over the phone. And Courtney is who I have seen on person! Again excellent customer service!

Courtney the site representative I worked with was super professional and helpful providing suggestions for climate controlled unit size based on my specific needs. The location is clean, well lite and easy to access. I entered my contract through a 4 month prepay special which gave me the unit at a wonderful rate but I do anticipate an increase in October when my contract swaps to a month to month leases. To prove full transparency, I am also leasing a unit on the 1st floor in very close proximity to the leasing office. I will update my post in a few months when my lease moves to month to month to provide a useful realistic review so people know what to expect.
