I had a great experience working with Jordan at Extra Space Storage in Dumfries. I realized I needed a bigger unit pretty quickly, and Jordan made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and genuinely helpful in making sure I found the right space for my needs. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which made moving and organizing my belongings so much easier. I also really appreciate the climate-controlled units—it gave me peace of mind knowing my items are well protected. On top of everything, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and service you get.
