I haven't had a storage unit in years and the process has definitely changed for the better. I called the toll free number to see what they offered. The rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. In a matter of minutes I had my new unit and all the detailed info emailed and texted to me. The unit is in a new building, with an elevator, so it is very clean and convenient. I am very happy with the service and product. My only suggestion is when you get off the elevator to have number ranges on the wall for the various units like they do in hotels and signage for the elevators.
