Simple and easy! Chose and reserved my unit on their website...called and finalized everything and within 10 minutes I had my unit, gate code and all paperwork signed by email. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would def recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for storage space.

I've had a great experience so far at extra space storage on courthouse road in Fredericksburg Virginia. They made everything simple to setting me up with a unit that I wanted it's very clean and safe thank you extra storage space!

So I do not personally have a storage unit at this location but my friends do and I have witnessed their previous storage units management and this location is by far the best. It’s easy to get to and easier to find what we need once there. Elevator, etc… management is equally as professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I have my unit here and have had no regrets picking up everything we had at a previous unit and moving it all here. It has been easy to work with Management and the storage fees are comparable to other units in the area. It's well worth it to me to have my things where I know they are safe as well. Thanks Extra Space. Our family highly recommends!
