Doug is going super above and beyond to help us out, and we appreciate his help immensely with our unique situation. The unit is very spacious, seems very secure, and has plenty of room. It seems they are going through a rebrand, but with service like this, they new place will be more than okay going forward!

UPDATE- We had a decent experience until we found mouse droppings in our unit and two holes eaten in our couch. They also claim it’s all temperature controlled but my bedroom dresser was covered in mold and a few other items. If you store here, don’t stay longer than 4-6 months. Doug is an amazing customer service manager here. The facility is clean and well maintained. The process to get a unit is simple and the prices are fair. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

The facility is very well kept and state of the art. Monique did a fantastic job helping me choose the right size unit and setting up the contract. Likewise, Doug also did a great job when we rented another unit 3 months ago. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend this location of Extra Space Storage.
