Highly Recommend! Across the board. See more details below for full summary. Overall Review: I called Extra Space after I visited several storage facilities. Compared to every other storage location in the area, this one is truly the best from what I experienced. Employees & Customer Service: My first experience was calling to see if they were open. I had a great call with the regional inventory manager, and he was not only polite, helpful, but he really made the whole thing easy. I actually was able to do most of the initial hold & rental over the phone. Yesterday, when I went to officially check it, I met with Doug, who is quite possibly the friendliest and most helpful attendendant I've ever met! He gave me a tour of the facility, and showed me how to get to my unit (which I'll admit it is a bit of a maze inside!). He walked me through their very unique storage locks and helped me find a cart. All around, the customer service here is 5* Cleanliness and Quality: All around top notch! From the bathrooms, to the loading dock and up to the units of course. Everything, across the board is not only clean, but well maintained. After I finished moving stuff, I stopped to the restroom which had just been freshly mopped and cleaned. I have rented from other places in the past where the only cleaning and refreshing that happened was if you did it yourself. Extra Space storage is very clean and maintained. Safety: This was a big one for me, as I visited a few storage places before this one that were very sketchy. Extra Space Storage though is in a nice area, that's new, with a lot of security measures. I would feel safe going there after hours if I had to. Hope this helps!
