I was looking for a space to empty our garage / workshop so we can get it cleaned up, repaired and organized and put back in only those tools and materials that we need, and this has turned out to be a very good option. The facility itself is very nice, clean and well-maintained which is great. But I'm sure the reason for that is the two wonderful employees who manage and run it, Tammy and Tosha. They are super customer service focussed, but they are also consistently out on the property taking care of it like they live there. I've seen them out cleaning, painting, moving items to trash, greeting and talking with customers to make sure they are getting the service they need. It's rare and impressive today to find such dedicated and just all-around great employees of any business that you can really work with and count on. I do think that as much as I don't want to keep and pay for this storage unit for any longer than I need to (months, not years!) I might just be sad when it comes time to stop coming here and not be Tammy and Tosha's customer anymore. Oh, and the rental rate that I got here was very reasonable, the sign-up / rental process was very easy and they didn't require me to provide super-sensitive personal information like my social security number (if a business stores that, they are likely going to get it stolen from them these days...) They do have those peculiar, round tubular locks that you have to use on the units instead of a regular old padlock. (Pros and cons to that.) But they will sell you one for only $5 more than I can buy one on Amazon, so they're not ripping you off for them. It's the easy button but you can buy your own online or use one you already have if you want to. They do not have any master keys for them or anything like that. And if you have a problem, Tammy and / or Tosha will step right up to help you out! They are AWESOME! Only slightly negative thing about this place is that the road back out to Mercury Blvd. only allows a right-hand turn back onto Mercury, so if ytou need to go east on Mercury you have to go do a U-turn or find another way to get going the other way. But that's minor. (I do wish that Lidl would move the portable sign that blocks your view of oncoming traffic though...) So this is a great place if you need a short or long-term storage unit. Better than most in my opinion.
