Constantly surprising you with increased rates. My latest rate increase brings my total to nearly double my current monthly rent. I've already been forced to change units (to an identical size) once due to raised rates and their inability to keep my rate for long term.

Update: Mark was extremely helpful March 2026, and went above and beyond! At ExtraSpace, this seems to be a consistent theme of high-quality customer service! —— Excellent friendly service and clean, well-lit units. Douglas saved us a fortune by suggesting a bigger unit to consolidate 3 other units we had to get through our move this summer. He really went out of his way to help, and seemed almost more excited than me about the savings! Thanks Douglas! Highly recommend them!
