Storage can definitely be a hassle as many know. Luckily, this Extra Space Storage location made everything smooth and painless. Customer service is great all around and communication is clear. The anniversary of my rental came around and V, the front desk associate, was able to help me save a little bit from the quoted change in rate. All in all I can’t complain and I had a great experience renting from them.

V made it very easy for me to make changes to my lease in order for my son to access my storage while I was traveling. He took the time to answer all my questions prior to updating my lease. V is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the lease and pointed out items that are important for all customers to know. Excellent customer service!
