The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although the process to reserve and terminate storage is made easy, I can't say enough about how the staff interacted with us. Jared was super patient in answering my questions and adjusting my online account after I ended up renting more units. We also met another employee while emptying out a unit and he was also kind in answering our last minute questions. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the gate was not working for a few days, which of course is concerning when your stuff is not as secure as it can be. Though I still greatly recommend this location.
