My experience with this location was special than the one before. Rick, went above and beyond for not just me but everyone. I witness him myself. Very knowledgeable and thorough with the facility. And even come out to make an introductory. Very personable and rare to fine. He always make sure my unit is safe and secure before he leaves home, thanks Rick. I’m so glad to have him for his excellent service. He always wave hi and goodbye every time I stop by. Rick is the best!!

I cannot say enough good things about Rick, the manager at Extra Space Storage in Manassas. I recently had to deal with a very difficult family situation involving my sister’s storage unit after her passing, and Rick showed an incredible amount of patience, kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire process. He treated us with genuine empathy during a very emotional time and made a hard situation much easier to navigate. It was also very clear to me that he treated my sister with dignity and without judgment over the years as well, and that meant more than I can say. Good people matter, and Rick is one of them. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have someone like him representing their company.
